CNCEdit2K
CNCEdit2K is a brand new editor which started development in 2023. It is designed to ultimately be a one-stop-shop for the majority of Command and Conquer games, from Tiberian Dawn up to Tiberian Twlight. Initally it will support the recent Remastered version for Tiberian Dawn and Red Alert.

The release of the remastered version had a major feature - it included the source code for the game! However, Tiberan Dawn didn't have any support for a Rules.ini file meaning that any changes you wanted to make had to be done in the source code and then you needed to recompile the C++ source code! CNCEdit2K makes this all a breeze and you do not need to know anything about programming. The setup program will automatically install Visual Studio for you and the editor directly edits the C++ source code and automatically builds the game's DLL file and installs it in a mod for you.
